All 50 of the US states and all US territories, protectorates and districts: the District of Columbia, American Samoa, Guam, the North Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

The USCC also is the reference Center for the following countries: Anguilla, Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Martinique, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad, and Turks and Caicos Islands. The Boston Branch also is the temporary reference Center for Japan.
